Brian Risch

Brian Risch has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Brian is currently the Director of HRIS at Komatsu, responsible for managing HRIS capabilities globally. From 2006 to 2018, they held the position of Corporate HR Manager at Komatsu America Corp. Prior to that, they worked as a HR Consultant at CNA Insurance, HR Consultant at Morton's The Steakhouse, and Director of HR at Glazed Investments, LLC. Brian also worked as an Independent Contractor at Park Hyatt Chicago and held the position of HR Director at Brokers Risk. Brian has experience in implementing cost-effective compensation and benefit programs, reducing legal expenses, and managing safety programs. Additionally, they have experience in recruitment, employee development, and organizational change efforts. Earlier in their career, Brian worked at Novopoint and eziaz, where they held HR leadership positions and implemented various strategies and initiatives. Brian has experience in conducting unemployment hearings, managing collective bargaining relationships, and forecasting annual wage plans. Brian's accomplishments include reducing turnover, reducing hiring costs, and implementing employee satisfaction surveys.

Brian Risch attended Michigan State University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business. Prior to that, they also attended Grosse Ile High School.
