Jim Molter

Jim Molter is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in manufacturing enablement and corporate services. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Applications Manager at Komatsu since May 2022, Jim previously held various roles at Kohler Co. from 1989 to 2022, including IT Manager for Smart Factory Deployment and Business Solutions Manager for Corporate Services. In these positions, Jim managed IT budgets, project portfolios, and cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements and support strategic objectives.
