Lancelot Neerman

Lancelot Neerman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, key account management, and operations across multiple sectors, including construction, mining, and transport. Currently serving as the Global Key Accounts Manager at Komatsu since July 2022, Lancelot is responsible for managing global customer relationships and driving sales opportunities for heavy mobile equipment. Previously, Lancelot held several pivotal roles at SMT Africa, including Business Development Manager for International Key Accounts and General Manager, where substantial growth and strategic partnerships were achieved. Prior experiences also include managing commercial operations for EPC power plant projects, product asset management, and freight optimization. Lancelot holds a degree in International Trading from EFPME and has undergone specialized training in oil tanker operations.
