Mitchell Dykstra

Mitchell Dykstra has a robust background in finance and accounting, currently serving as Controller at Komatsu since November 2025. Prior to this role, Mitchell held various positions at Atkore from March 2020 to November 2025, including Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting Supervisor, and Accountant. Mitchell also gained valuable experience at Innotec from September 2016 to March 2020, working as Operations Finance Lead and previously in roles within operations and as a finance and accounting intern.
