Kristina Kardell

Kristina Kardell serves as the Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy professional at Kombo since July 2025. Prior to this role, Kristina held multiple positions at Leapsome from June 2022 to July 2025, including Associate Director and Senior Manager, focusing on cross-functional GTM revenue operations and strategy. At Navigio, from October 2019 to June 2022, Kristina progressed from Associate Consultant to Team Lead, managing a team of seven and working with various industries to enhance organizational development. Earlier experience includes serving as President of Södermanlands-Nerikes nation, overseeing daily operations, and as an intern at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, where responsibilities included sustainable business analysis. Kristina holds an MSc in Business and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Uppsala University.
