Gerardus Oktaviano Ajiswara is currently an Associate Product Manager at Komerce since November 2022, contributing to the development of Komtim, a product aimed at enhancing business growth for SMEs through talented individuals in various roles. Gerardus also serves as a Fasilitator and Team Lead for Mini Courses at RevoU, delivering presentations and engaging with students on product management. In addition, Gerardus mentored several mentees at CareerCompass.id, providing guidance on startups and project management. Previous experiences include a Full Stack Product Management Students program at RevoU, a research role at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana analyzing COVID-19's economic impact, and a fundraising coordinator position for an NGO project. Gerardus holds a Bachelor of International Relations from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana and completed a Product Management program at RevoU.

We are a leading tech-startup company in Central Java, Indonesia. We have a role to become end-to-end e-commerce enabler for Indonesian SMEs. We starting with a product as platform that collaborating SMEs and village youth that we have trained in e-commerce field to co-optimize business on internet. Currently we empowered more than 700+ village youth and get hired by SMEs as e-commerce team. We are going big, not only providing an e-commerce talent for SMEs but also to become end-to-end e-commerce enabler by leveraging technology. We still nurturing our DNA which are to create social impact by providing job opportunity for jobless youth and and also advancing SMEs to get equal opportunity in e-commerce world. Komerce already funded by Achmad Zaky Foundation (Zaky is a founder of Bukalapak) & Indigo (Telkom Indonesia's arm for startup acceleration). We are now open & ongoing for the next fundraising stage.
