Olly Hadden-Paton

Olly Hadden-Paton has a diverse work experience. Olly co-founded Komi in 2019 and served as the Head of Partnerships, focusing on building a creator hub to empower creators in cultivating deeper connections with their audience. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at FoundPop, where they aimed to revolutionize temporary fixtures and fittings in the retail industry. Prior to that, Olly held various roles at Uber from 2013 to 2018, specializing in marketing and partnerships in the UK and Ireland. Olly worked as a Project Manager at The Edge Marketing Services and The Edge Global Events from 2012 to 2013. In 2010, Olly served as a Marketing Coordinator at Nick Stewart & Associates, and before that, they were a Marketing Assistant at Crystal Entertainment from 2009 to 2010. Starting their career, they worked as a Personal Assistant at Boy Toy from 2007 to 2009.

Olly Hadden-Paton attended Harrow School, where they studied Economics, Spanish, History, and Geography. Olly also holds additional certifications in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
