Johanna Wall

Johanna Wall is an accomplished dramaturg with extensive experience in the theater industry. Currently serving as Chefdramaturgin at Komische Oper Berlin since August 2021, Wall previously held the position of Operndirektorin at Luzerner Theater from August 2018 to August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Dramaturgin at Komische Oper Berlin, Oldenburgisches Staatstheater, Theater und Philharmonisches Orchester der Stadt Heidelberg, and Landestheater Württemberg-Hohenzollern Tübingen Reutlingen between 2002 and 2018. Wall's academic qualifications include a Diplom in Dramaturgie, Japanologie, and Markt- und Werbepsychologie from Bayerische Theaterakademie "August Everding" and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, München, completed in July 2001.
