Shoaib Ali has a strong background in telecommunications and engineering. shoaib started their career in 2011 as a BSS Engineer at Tier4, where they led a team in the installation and commissioning of HUAWEI BTS 3900, 3900A, and DBS 3900. shoaib also handled issues that arose after the Swap, such as sector swaps, KPIs, and CPRI alarms.
