Eivind Olsen

Eivind Olsen has extensive experience in finance and diplomacy, currently serving as the Honorary Consul of Norway for Dallas and North Texas since February 2022. Eivind has been a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Smith Group Asset Management since May 2008 and previously held the role of Senior Portfolio Manager at Brazos Capital Management from June 1998 to May 2008. Eivind began the career in finance as an Equity Research Associate Analyst at Rauscher Pierce Refsnes from July 1994 to July 1996. Eivind holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business, attained between 1996 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University, completed in 1994.
