Silja E. Skjelnes

Silja E. Skjelnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since August 2011, currently serving as Seniorrådgiver in the Section for the High North, Polar Affairs and Resources, focusing on Arctic security policy and Svalbard issues.
