Alex Lavicka

Alex Lavicka is currently the Head of Strategy at Kommunalkredit Austria AG, where Alex has been working since November 2009. With a background in economics and extensive experience in corporate development, finance, and strategic planning, Alex has a holistic view on regulatory issues and an intuitive understanding of quantitative modelling. Alex has played key roles in leading M&A projects and advising the executive board on major transformational projects. Prior to their current role, Alex worked as a Consultant at NERA Economic Consulting. Alex holds a MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge, a Mag.rer.soc.oec. in Economics from the University of Vienna, and a PG Diploma in EC Competition Law from King's College London.
