Stefanie Gruber

Stefanie Gruber is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Kommunalkredit Austria AG since October 2023. Prior to this role, Stefanie worked at LIGHT FOR THE WORLD from July 2019 to October 2023 as an HR Expert in the Department for Human Resources and Organizational Development. Previous experience includes a position as an HR Generalist at Universität Wien from October 2011 to July 2019, an internship at the Austrian Development Agency in April 2010, and another internship at the Austrian Parliament in August 2008. Additionally, Stefanie freelanced for UN Women’s National Committee Austria from October 2003 to May 2007. Stefanie holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from FH BFI Wien (2018-2020) and a Mag. in International Development and Political Sciences from the University of Vienna (2003-2008).
