Fredrika Norman

Fredrika Norman has extensive experience in the fields of digital business and operational development, currently serving as Gruppchef IT at Kommuninvest since October 2011. In previous roles at Kommuninvest, Fredrika has contributed as a Processutvecklare, focusing on process mapping, hypothesis testing, and the development of new systems and methodologies, as well as serving as Register Controller/Dokumentationshandläggare, responsible for documentation control in lending activities. Prior to Kommuninvest, Fredrika worked at Lindex as a Butiksbiträde, EEL AB as an Orderhandläggare handling order processing and damage claims, and at Transcom in customer support for Tele2. Fredrika holds a Kandidatexamen in Rättsvetenskap from Örebro University and has further education from Mid Sweden University.
