Kirsti Grant

Kirsti Grant is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief People Experience Officer and VP People Experience at Auror since April 2017, where efforts focus on combating theft and Organized Retail Crime in the retail industry. Additionally, Kirsti is a General Partner at Tractor Ventures, an investor in multiple companies including Komodo, Autocode, and Remote Social, and a mentor and investor for Startmate's NZ20 cohort. As a co-founder of HOP Ventures, Kirsti has contributed to scaling startups such as Vend, and has held leadership roles at Populate.io and advisory positions at Trineo Ltd and Mobi2Go, specializing in people and culture functions. Education includes attendance at Nelson College for Girls from 1997 to 2001.
