Kathleen Short has over 30 years of work experience in the IT industry. Kathleen started their career in 1986 as a Strategic Alliance Manager at IBM. In 1998, they joined Arrow ECS-MOCA Group as a Regional Channel Sales Manager, where they grew the territory from $50M to over $300M. In 2004, they became a Business Development Manager at Arrow Electronics, where they developed new revenue streams for MOCA. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Independent Consultant, where they developed channel strategies/plans, channel presentations, collateral, partner training, pricing models, etc. for introduction of new products into the channel. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Head of Business Development and Channels at Truman Technologies, LLC, where they developed business and sales models around open source software offerings, strategic alliances and channel partnerships. Currently, they are the Partner Development Manager at Komodo Cloud, LLC, where they are responsible for developing the overall Partner Strategy to provide an indirect revenue stream and relationships with strategic partners.
Kathleen Short received their B.S in Computer Science from California State University, Chico. Kathleen then took MBA level courses at the IBM Systems Research Institute in the field of Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
