Hadar Fabian

Hadar Fabian is the current VP of Finance at Komodor. Prior to this, they were the Head of Finance at Prospera Technologies from November 2020 to June 2022. Before that, they were the Controller at Yotpo from July 2018 to November 2020. From January 2015 to July 2018, they were the Corporate Controller and Company Legal Secretary at Albert: Artificial Intelligence Marketing. From January 2012 to December 2015, they were a Senior at EY in the High-tech sector where they were responsible for the audit of Consolidated Financial Statements of top Israeli companies, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance for Israeli and American companies, and audit and submission of reports to the Chief Scientist. Hadar was also a Lecturer at Orin Shpalter Financial Education LTD from January 2010 to December 2015 where they taught courses on securities and financial instruments analysis. Lastly, they were a Portfolio manager intern at Halman Aldubi Investment House from January 2009 to December 2011.

Hadar Fabian has a bachelor's degree in economics and business administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Hadar also has a master's degree in law from Bar-Ilan University. Lastly, they have a bachelor's degree in accounting from Bar-Ilan University as well.

Hadar Fabian reports to Ben Ofiri, Co-Founder & CEO. Hadar Fabian works with Yogev Goldis - VP of HR, Alon Maimoni - VP, Marketing, and Itiel Shwartz - Co-Founder & CTO.
