Rob Hermans

Rob Hermans is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in developing innovative digital solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as Product Lead at komoot since January 2019, Rob previously held positions as Product Manager for Maps, Routing & Navigation and Product Owner for Passenger Flow and Wayfinding at Royal Schiphol Group, where an emphasis on enhancing passenger navigation was implemented. Early career roles included launching an On-Demand public transport service at Connexxion and coaching teams in agile methodologies at STRATEGIEMAKERS. Rob co-founded Achieved.co, a startup dedicated to professional development, and served as Incubation Manager at Dutch Game Garden, supporting startups in the gaming industry. A background in financial analysis and management consulting complements Rob's expertise in product management and development, backed by an academic foundation in Financial Management and Business Studies from Tilburg University.
