Tomáš Slavíček has a diverse work experience in software development, specializing in various platforms and technologies. Tomáš started their career in 2006 as an Independent Developer, focusing on C# and .NET for PC, Windows Phone, Windows 8, and Android.

In 2011, they became a Windows Phone developer for eMan s.r.o., working on projects for Škoda Auto a.s. Tomáš continued their Windows Phone development experience at Carnation in 2012, where they worked on the Photogotchi project.

From 2013 to 2015, Tomáš worked as a Windows 8 developer for About Fun and Mautilus, respectively. During this time, they also served as a Windows 8 dev consultant for About Fun.

In 2015, Tomáš joined Casenet, LLC as a .NET developer. Tomáš worked on the TruCare Mobile app for Windows, and also led the development of a multiserver installation tool for the same app.

Subsequently, in 2015, Tomáš joined MapFactor s.r.o. as a Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows developer. Tomáš worked on the MapFactor Navigator app, focusing on porting it from Android to Windows Phone and Windows, redesigning the UI, implementing premium TomTom paid maps, and handling app release and PR.

From 2017 to 2019, Tomáš worked as an Independent Developer, specializing in Garmin Connect IQ development.

Currently, since 2019, Tomáš is working at komoot as a Garmin, Samsung Tizen, and Apple Watch developer.

Tomáš Slavíček earned their Bachelor's degree in Informatika - programování from Charles University, enrolling in 2008 and graduating in 2012. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they attended SŠ aplikované kybernetiky s.r.o., where they studied Výpočetní technika - programování. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Graphics at Czech Technical University in Prague, studying from 2012 to 2014.
