Laura Juel Knudsen

Laura Juel Knudsen is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Group Talent Acquisition Manager at KOMPAN Global since May 2023. In this role, Laura leads comprehensive talent acquisition efforts across over 20 countries and has a strong focus on employer branding and collaboration with hiring managers. Prior to KOMPAN Global, Laura held the position of Talent Acquisition Consultant at Orifarm, where responsibilities included recruitment, candidate screening, and conducting interviews using Saville's assessment tools. Previous experience encompasses various HR roles, including a Student Assistant and an HR Assistant at UCL Erhvervsakademi og Professionshøjskole. Laura holds a Master's degree in Business, Language, and Culture from the University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor's degree in Business Language and Business Economics from the same institution, complemented by a study abroad experience at Macquarie University.
