Karlo Konig has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Karlo began their career as a Marketing & Editor for SiB.hr from July 2011 to February 2016, where they focused on writing articles, editing, and managing social and business presence. In 2015, Karlo became a Co-Founder & Creative Director for King Kong Agency, a boutique social media agency. During their time there, they managed important clients, creative work, and a team of employees. In addition, Karlo worked as a Lecturer at the London School of Public Relations Croatia from June 2015 to September 2017, specializing in social media communication and delivering lectures at various conferences. Karlo then joined Philip Morris International in September 2017 as a Consumer Engagement Executive, where they focused on improving brand performance through consumer engagement activities. Karlo also held positions within Philip Morris International as an IQOS Advisors Lead from March 2019 to February 2021 and as an Activity Planning Executive from March 2021 to September 2021. Most recently, Karlo worked as a Growth Product Manager for Sportening from September 2021 to December 2022. Currently, Karlo holds the position of Head of Growth & Digital Marketing at kompare.hr starting in December 2022. Karlo will be assuming the role of Head of Marketing in May 2023.

Karlo Konig's education history begins in 2008 when they attended the School of Economics Osijek and obtained a High School Diploma and Certificate in Economics in 2012. Following that, they went on to attend Michipicoten High School from 2010 to 2011, where they also received a High School Diploma and Certificate. After completing high school, Karlo enrolled at J.J.Strossmayer University Osijek, Faculty of Economics in Osijek, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics specializing in Marketing from 2012 to 2015. Continuing their education, Karlo then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at the same university from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Karlo Konig has also completed several certifications. In 2012, they obtained a Lifeguard certification from Hrvatski Crveni križ - Služba spašavanja života na vodi i ekološka zaštita priobalja. Following that, they obtained a Social Media Officer certification from the London School of Public Relations Croatia in 2015. In 2020, Karlo obtained a GTC Facilitator certification from Philip Morris International, and in 2021, they completed a certification in Strategije utjecajnosti (NLP) from Tenodi Communications. Most recently, in 2022, Karlo obtained a certification in Data-driven Product Management Simulator from GoPractice, Inc.
