Henrik Larsen

Henrik Larsen has a diverse work experience, showcasing their expertise in various roles and industries. Henrik is currently serving as the Erhvervsdirektør - Head of SME Lending Sales at kompasbank, a digital-based commercial bank established in 2021. Prior to this, Henrik held the position of Bestyrelsesformand at Retec A/S since September 2015. Henrik also worked at Vækstfonden, the Danish state's financing fund, where they held multiple roles from February 2014 to May 2021, including Senior Director, VF Udlån, Erhvervskundedirektør, and Souschef. Before joining Vækstfonden, Henrik worked as a Business Advisor at Spar Nord Bank from August 2006 to January 2014, and as a Sales Person at Dagrofa S-Engros from August 2004 to July 2006.

Henrik Larsen pursued their education in a chronological manner, focusing primarily on the field of finance and economics. Henrik started their educational journey in 2001 at EUC Nord, where they completed their HHX degree in 2004. Larsen then attended Aalborg Handelsskole from 2006 to 2008 to pursue the Finansuddannelsen program. Following this, they enrolled in Nordjyllands Erhvervsakademi from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a HD 1. del degree in Økonomi & Jura. Lastly, Larsen attended Aalborg University from 2011 to 2013, completing their HD degree in Regnskab og Økonomistyring.
