Kasper Kankelborg

Kasper Kankelborg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kasper is currently serving as the Head of Communication & Marketing at kompasbank since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of a Member of the Advisory Board for HA(kom.)/CM(kom.) at Copenhagen Business School starting from October 2019. Kasper also worked at WWF Verdensnaturfonden / WWF Denmark, where they served as the Head of Public Relations and Public Affairs from April 2020 to July 2021, and as the Interim Communication & Fundraising Director from September 2020 to December 2020. Kasper's previous roles include Bureauchef // Head of Agency at Help PR & Kommunikation from October 2017 to February 2020, and Kommunikationschef // Head of Communications at Aller Media A/S from October 2015 to September 2017. Kasper has also worked at Burson-Marsteller as a Director and Manager, as well as at Copenhagen Change as a Seniørådgiver. Additionally, Kasper had various positions at Aller Media A/S and Burson-Marsteller earlier in their career. Kasper has a background in communications and has also served as a board member and student assistant at Copenhagen Business School.

Kasper Kankelborg's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Morsø Gymnasium, where they completed their GCSE in Mathematics. After that, they pursued a BSc in Applied Physics and Nanotechnology at DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 1999 to 2004. Following this, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School and obtained a BSc in Business Administration and Organizational Communication – HA.(Kom.) from 2005 to 2008. Kankelborg then continued their studies at Copenhagen Business School, specializing in Political Communication & Management, and earned an M.Sc degree - cand.soc.(PCM) - from 2008 to 2010.
