Michael Vester

Michael Vester has a diverse work experience encompassing roles in various sectors. Michael is currently working as a Director in pre-sales at Kompasbank, where they assist small and medium-sized businesses with financial security. Prior to this, Michael served as a Supervisor for meeting bookings at Tryg Pension for nearly two years. Michael also worked as a self-employed entrepreneur at DK Booking before joining Tryg. During their tenure at Danica Pension, Michael held multiple positions including Team Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, and Meeting Booker, spanning from 2014 to 2020. Furthermore, they gained experience in the retail industry at Lidl Danmark, where they progressed from First Assistant to Souschef and eventually became a Store Manager.

Michael Vester has a diverse education history, with a focus on leadership, coaching, sales, and communication. In 2003 to 2005, they attended Handelsgymnasium, where they earned a degree in Detail og Handel. Then, in 2010 to 2011, they pursued further leadership training at Akademiet. In 2012, they completed courses at Akademiet in Organisations overblik og teambuilding as well as Struktur og planlægning. The same year, they also undertook a leadership program at Lidl. In 2013, Michael Vester expanded their education at Akademiet, obtaining degrees in Coaching and Salg og kommunikation.
