Rob McCaslin

Rob McCaslin is an accomplished business professional with significant experience in banking, business development, and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Kompass Funding since June 2023, Rob is also a Co-Founder of Air-Tec, LLC, a disabled veteran-owned drone services company. Previously, Rob held key positions such as Senior Lending Officer at Central Bank and Senior Vice President at Commercial Bank, demonstrating a strong background in commercial lending and financial management. Rob's diverse leadership roles include interim CEO for a distressed business turnaround, member of the Board of Directors for Cornerstones of Care, and Treasurer for Marillac. Rob holds an Executive MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, MIS, and Economics from the University of Maine at Augusta.
