Will Downey

Will is the Operations Analyst. In his role, he supports the sales and executive leadership teams in the day-to-day operations by collecting and analyzing client data and financials, onboarding new clients, and managing the existing client portfolio.

Before joining the Kompass Funding, Will worked as a Logistics Coordinator for a large 3PL. He also had a long upbringing in the family business, Broski Fence, providing a wide array of services in that time.

Will graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Financial Services along with a certificate in Professional Strategic Selling.
