Ashton Fink

Ashton Fink is the Payroll Lead for Kompass Kapital Management. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas and a Master’s Degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Prior to joining the KKM team, Ashton worked for 6 years as a Payroll Specialist within the healthcare industry. At Kompass Kapital, Ashton is the point of contact for all payroll systems-related issues and intricacies of operating companies. She’s passionate about connecting integrations and bridging the gaps between the payroll enterprise system and related modules.
