Bailey Warlen

Bailey Warlen is the Director of Marketing at Kompass Kapital Management. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in Columbia. Bailey leads the marketing team by developing strategies to drive brand awareness; building relationships with OpCo executive leaders and third-party vendors; managing marketing campaigns and channel partnerships, and motivating team members to produce their best work.

In her free time, Bailey enjoys spending time with her family; cooking up delicious recipes in the kitchen; and golfing any time it’s 50 degrees or warmer.
