Mjøen has extensive experience in sales and account management, having held positions at Orkla Foods Norge AS, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Key Account Manager for Coop to Senior Brand Manager, managing multiple product portfolios. As a co-founder and Head of Sales at Bergtattfestivalen, Mjøen has played a key role in establishing a festival focused on nature and culture. Mjøen holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School and a Master’s degree in Strategy & Management from the Norwegian School of Economics.
