Rico Tedyono

Rico Tedyono has a long and varied work experience. Rico began their career in 2006 as a Premier Officer at The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). In 2009, they moved to TOPPAN PRINTING CO., LTD. / \u51f8\u7248\u5370\u5237\u682a\u5f0f\u4f1a\u793e as a Material Development Engineer. In 2010, they joined PT ABC President Indonesia as Asst VP Manufacturing & Beverage Production Head. In 2013, they were a Project Manager at Tetra Pak. In 2014, they were a General Manager Operations at Indonesia Multi Colour Printing. In 2019, they became Co-Founder & COO at Komunal Indonesia, where they collaborated closely with the executive management team and was responsible for driving operational results. In 2020, they joined Indonesian Young Entrepreneur Association as Bendahara Umum, Ketua Bidang 8, and Anggota Bidang 3 (Kerjasama BUMN). Rico also joined JCI (Junior Chamber International) as Executive Vice President International, International Affairs, and Project Director.

Rico Tedyono holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Human Resources Development from Universitas Airlangga (2022-2025), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Finance & Creative Marketing from Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA) (2015-2017), a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Engineering from National Cheng Kung University (2007-2009), and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Surabaya (UBAYA) (2003-2007). Additionally, Rico has obtained certifications in Change Management from University of Indonesia (August 2015), Beauty, Form & Function: An Exploration of Symmetry from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (May 2015), and Managing the Company of the Future from University of London (February 2015).
