Helene Cahen

Helene Cahen is an accomplished Founder and Innovation Strategist at Fire Up Innovation Consulting, established in January 2000, where the focus is on integrating innovative mindsets and processes into organizational culture. In addition, Helene serves as a facilitator, instructor, and coach at Haas School of Business since 2009, guiding MBA students in innovation frameworks. Helene is also a member of the Advisory Board for Komuty, Inc., aimed at fostering community trust in residential buildings. Previous roles include Innovation Coach at ExecOnline, VP of Innovation at Decorist, Inc., and Marketing Research Manager at The Clorox Company. Helene holds a Master’s degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State University and a graduate degree in Marketing and Finance from Sciences Po Paris.
