Chris Murphy has extensive experience in the field service and customer service industry. Chris began their career in 2001 at SHFL Entertainment, where they held various roles including Order Management Specialist, Service Supervisor, Regional Service Manager, and Director of Field Service. In these positions, Chris was responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, procedures, policies, contract negotiations, and staffing development. Chris also reviewed key performance indicators and set department goals. In 2014, Chris joined Konami Gaming, Inc. as a Senior Regional Service Manager. Chris later moved up to the role of Director, Field Service & Customer Service before becoming the Senior Director of Customer and Field Service in November 2020.
Chris Murphy earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Oakton College, attending from 1990 to 1993. Chris then enrolled at Illinois State University in 1994 for a year, focusing on Secondary Education and Teaching, without obtaining a degree. Finally, from 2000 to 2002, Chris attended the University of Phoenix and completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
