Eric Rhodes

Eric Rhodes has extensive work experience in various positions within the manufacturing industry. Eric currently holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Kondex Corporation. Prior to this, they worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they held several roles, including Director of Operations, Powertrain Operations, Quality Manager, Powertrain Operations, Director of Quality Planning & Performance, and Director of Global Advanced Manufacturing. Eric also worked at Cooper Industries, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated their expertise in improving quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes, as well as leading cross-functional teams and implementing industry-leading standards.

Eric Rhodes holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Marquette University, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained a certification in "Developing Your Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
