Karan Bhalla

Karan Bhalla is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at AiVantage Inc and Managing Partner at CrestWind Technologies, Karan also contributes as a Board Member at Konduit. Previously, Karan held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Trellance and served as CEO at CU Rise Analytics, a global CUSO dedicated to enhancing credit union services. Additional roles include Vice President of Decision Analytics at EXL, Managing Director at IQR Consulting Inc., Senior Manager at MorganFranklin Corporation, Vice President of Finance & Strategy at Nitco Logistics Ltd, and Associate Director at Navigant. Karan holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and has completed executive education at Columbia Business School, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MIS from Virginia Tech.
