Nish Krishna

Nish Krishna has over eight years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on customer engagement and growth strategy. Nish is currently the CEO of Konduit, a financial technology company that provides solutions for businesses and consumers.

Prior to joining Konduit, Krishna was the Senior Director of Unsecured Loans at PenFed Credit Union, where they grew the direct portfolio to $1B in outstandings. Nish also closed whole loan partnerships with FinTech lenders for $500+MM in annual purchases, including the Top-3 Personal Loan FinTech Lender and the Top-5 Student Refinance FinTech Lender.

Before their time at PenFed, Krishna was the Director of Customer Engagement at E*TRADE, where they led the launch of E*Trade's business in a newly identified high-value segment and developed the go-to-market strategy for the new business. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Manager of Growth Strategy at M&T Bank and the Manager of Marketing & Analysis at Capital One.

Krishna has a proven track record of success in developing and executing growth strategies, building successful teams, and driving results. Nish is a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Nish Krishna attended the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi where they earned their BS in Computer Science. They then attended New York University for their MS in Computer Science. Lastly, they went to the University of Virginia Darden School of Business for their MBA in General Management.
