Umur Erkut

Umur Erkut has worked in the software engineering field since 2007. Umur began their career as an Internship at Eskişehir Bilişim İletişim San. ve Tic. A.Ş. in 2007. After that, they completed an Internship - Software Engineer at ETC-IS Bilgi İşlem Teknoloji A.S. in 2008, and then worked as an IT Expert at TEPAV (Economic Policy Research Institute) in 2008. In 2010, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at TOBB ETU. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer at Sebit Information & Education Technologies Inc., developing award-winning educational support software Adaptive Curriculum, Uzinggo and Vitamina. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Software Development Engineer at Netas, developing a multi-module web application for the Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Disaster & Emergency Management Presidency. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Software Architect and Team Leader at OBSS, designing and developing applications, planning tasks, and measuring the performance of team members. Currently, they are working as a Technical Lead at Kondukto since 2022.

Umur Erkut received their MS in Computer Engineering from TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from the same university in 2008.
