Andrew Lu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and total rewards management. Lu began the career as an HR Intern at MSD from July 2001 to July 2003 and subsequently worked at Bayer MaterialScience as an HR Supervisor until May 2007. Lu served as Total Rewards Director for APAC at Tenneco from May 2007 to June 2019, followed by a role as Head of Compensation, Benefit and Mobility at Covestro from June 2019 to October 2020. Currently, Lu is the Head of Performance and Reward at 通力 since November 2020. Lu holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, completed between 2013 and 2016.
