Crystal Brown

Crystal Brown currently serves as the Director of People and Communications at KONE since July 2023. Prior to this role, Crystal held the position of Chief People Officer at True Footage, a company focused on enhancing efficiency in real estate transactions through data and analytics, from April 2022 to July 2023. Crystal has also worked as Vice President of People and Organizational Effectiveness at Teachstone, and in various leadership roles at McAfee, including Global Talent Enablement Leader and Director of Global Talent Operations. Crystal's entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of Crown Industries, LLC, where strategic business services were provided in organizational effectiveness. Crystal holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a BS in Biology from The University of Tulsa.
