Deepan Kumar B

Deepan Kumar B is a Service Designer with a Master's in Social Design, specializing in design research, ethnography, and behavioral studies aimed at creating meaningful social impact. They have worked as a Design Researcher for Neoverge Architects and Planners and currently contribute as a Service Designer at KONE, focusing on user journey mapping and end-to-end design research. Previously, Deepan held roles as a Social Design Consultant at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements and as a Qualitative Research Consultant at Xeno Co-lab. They earned a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology.
