Emily Logan, M.A., CPTD, currently serves as the Head of Talent & Culture for the Americas at KONE since December 2025. Emily has a robust background in workforce strategy and talent development, having held the position of Director of Workforce Strategy at UW Health and leading global talent initiatives at Danfoss, where significant accomplishments included restructuring talent management processes and spearheading employee development programs. Previous roles encompass program management at Savant Wealth Management, vice presidency at Alpine Bank Illinois, and various leadership positions in nonprofit organizations. Emily holds a Master's degree in Communication from Washington State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and English from The College of St. Scholastica.
