Iacob Talker has extensive experience in the Order to Cash process, having held various managerial roles across reputable companies. Iacob served as the Head of Sell-To-Cash Operations & Excellence at KONE in 2022, where they drove end-to-end process development and operational performance. Previously, Iacob also worked at GENPACT as Operations Manager for Order to Cash and contributed significantly to transformation efforts in the field. Iacob's earlier roles included being a Process Specialist at HP and a Finance Manager at both Johnson Controls and Oracle. Iacob earned a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București between 2004 and 2008.
