Klaus Mäkelä

Klaus Mäkelä is the Solution Design Owner for Mechanical CAD at KONE Corporation, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to this role, Klaus served as an Engineering Development Manager and held various design engineering positions at KONE from 2010 to 2012. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer at ALTE Oy from 2001 to 2006. Klaus holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Helsinki Institute of Technology, which they attended from 1992 to 1996, and studied Precision Mechanics at NKA Hyria Education Ltd. from 1990 to 1992.
