Lance Clinton, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lance started their career in 1995 with the USAF, where they served as a Missile Warning Engineer and later as a Program Integrator/Technical Lead. In 2002, Lance joined the USAF Reserve as an Operations Officer. In 2003, they became an Instructor at the National Security Space Institute. In 2005, Lance took on the role of Deputy Chief in the Aircraft Structural Integrity Branch of the USAF Reserve.

In 2009, Lance transitioned to the private sector, working as a Project Manager for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. Lance then joined Texas Instruments as a Product Engineer/Project Manager, managing over 300 products. Lance later joined Caterpillar Inc. as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager.

Currently, Lance is working at KONE as the Head of Equipment Product Management / Area R&D Representative Americas. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Program and Release Manager, Project Development Manager, Platform Manager, and Project Manager at KONE.
