Lesley P. is the Area Head of Learning & Development for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa at KONE Corporation, where they currently oversee the strategic development of over 12,000 staff and operatives. With a robust background in organizational development, Lesley previously held roles such as Regional Learning & Development Manager and Training & Development Manager at Hilti Group, where they initiated critical training programs and fostered corporate culture development across multiple regions. Lesley holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD, and has completed executive education at IMD Business School.
