Michael Bly is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in software validation and testing. Currently serving as Chapter Lead and Service Product Owner for North America Software Testing at KONE since May 2017, Michael has developed comprehensive testing methods and participated in various software release cycles. Previously, as Lead Test Engineer at L-com Global Connectivity, responsibility included creating new testing environments and re-designing procedures to enhance quality. Michael's earlier experience at Caterpillar Inc. involved system integration engineering, focusing on closed-loop control systems and software requirement specifications for large mining truck applications. Additional internships at EndAround.org and ThyssenKrupp Access provided foundational experience in software management and controller testing. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bradley University.
