Niko Kosonen

Niko Kosonen is a Construction Manager at KONE and a Board Member at Ykkösmedia Oy, with a focus on cost estimates, tenders, project management, and the development of construction business networks. Niko has previously served as an Installation Manager at Hermetel Oy, where responsibilities included cleanroom construction management and financial oversight. Niko began their career as a Carpenter at Rakennustyöt Imatra Oy and later at VVR Wood Oy. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Technology at LUT University, Niko also co-founded Aitta and Kosonen Partners Oy in 2025.
