Pam Berg

Pam Berg, PMP, is an accomplished transformation leader currently serving as Portfolio Manager for Strategy and Transformation at KONE since 2018. In this role, Pam delivers a global portfolio aligned with strategic direction and corporate governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to KONE, Pam held various senior management positions at Chamberlain Group (CGI) from 1995 to 2018, including Program Manager Lead for New Business Development and Commercial Door Operators Business Unit. Pam's extensive experience encompasses leading multimillion-dollar projects, implementing ERP systems, and managing project management offices to drive transformative change and strategic initiatives. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed an Executive Management Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
