R. Mohan is the Deputy General Manager of Software at KONE Technology & Innovation, where they manage a team of over 60 individuals developing software for high-rise building elevators. R. Mohan is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional and a certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager with a specialization in project management and embedded system design. They have 20 years of experience in R&D product development, having successfully managed multiple projects and received accolades for best project management practices. R. Mohan holds an MBA in Technology Management from Anna University Chennai and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from SSN College of Engineering.
