Rahman has extensive experience in the elevator and escalator industry, commencing as a Helper at Metro Power Persada from August 2012 to January 2014, subcontracted for KONE. After a gap, Rahman joined KONE in March 2017, progressing through various roles including Ride Comfort Specialist, Field Trainer Specialist for low-rise and high-rise, Technical Field Support, Technical Field Support Team Leader, and Installer. In the later stages at KONE, responsibilities included supervision for JumpLift 1000 and JumpLift 2000 installations at District 8, Jakarta, along with support for double-deck installations in the same location, demonstrating a strong leadership and technical skillset in the field.
