Rhys Jones has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as the Head of Global Sales & Business Development at KONE since 2011, with prior roles including Global Director Key & Strategic Accounts and Service Sales & Key Account Director. In these positions, Rhys has been responsible for designing commercial strategies, executing growth plans, and overseeing customer relationships and employee safety, while also managing the overall direction of sales teams and driving performance improvements. Rhys has a strong background in operations management from previous roles across multiple companies, complemented by a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from the University of South Wales and an HNC in Engineering from the University of Northampton.
